Bebos return conditions
Article 1 - Return policy
1.1 At Bebos we aim for satisfied customers. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, we offer you the opportunity to return products in accordance with our return policy.
Article 2 - Return policy
2.1 You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order.
2.2 To be eligible for a return, the products must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
Article 3 - Return process
3.1 To request a return, please contact our customer service department at info@bebos24.com.
3.2 Please include the following information in your e-mail:
Your name and order number.
A list of the products you wish to return.
The reason for the return.
3.3 Our customer service will respond to your request within 5 working days and give you further instructions on how to return the products.
Article 4 - Refund
4.1 Once we have received and checked the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the original payment method you used for the purchase.
Article 5 - Shipping costs
5.1 The costs of return shipment shall be borne by the Customer, unless the return shipment is the result of an error by Bebos, such as an incorrectly delivered or defective product.
